Smidige is a growing cloud consulting startup. As projects scaled, consultation, estimation, and execution became fragmented across multiple tools, increasing overhead in project management and communication.

What I Learned

Designing Beyond Features

Designing a large, interconnected product ecosystem is more complex than it seems. Through client interviews, I developed a clearer approach to defining real-world problems and solving them step by step through structure.

This project showed me that effective product design is not just about individual features, but about considering the full product lifecycle—from launch to long-term business growth.
