Acting as a designer, researcher, and even a PM at times helped me approach the project from different angles.

The biggest challenge was defining the problem at the right scope. Through user interviews and research, I learned to step back, reframe the issue, and find solutions from a broader perspective, a shift that deepened my approach to design.
